This scissor has one wide blade and one narrow blade, which allows the angle of the opening between the two blades to remain the same from the pivot point to the tip. This cutting angle, unlike other shears, allows the hair to be cut without pushing. This combination of blades makes this scissor perfect for cutting blunt lines but will NOT work well for slice cutting.
